Establish scalable CBA frameworks while partnering with business, finance, analytics, and technology teams to quantify and communicate value.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end cost-benefit analyses, financial models, ROI calculations, and executive-ready business cases.
Establish standardized CBA methodologies, templates, assumptions, and benefit realization frameworks across enterprise initiatives.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination, data validation, project tracking, and executive presentations to support investment decisions.
