Job Description

Abbott seeks a Marketing Project Manager to oversee creative operations and content workflows for Lingo's marketing initiatives. The role manages end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple channels while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative intake and approval workflows across digital, CRM, retail, social, and ecommerce channels
• Coordinate review and approval processes involving Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and risks to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Serve as central traffic coordinator, assigning and routing work to creative teams based on capacity and skills
• Maintain project tracking systems, documentation standards, and asset management repositories

Requirements

• Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years marketing project management, operations, or creative traffic experience
• Experience in regulated industries including healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or biotech
• Strong understanding of marketing content review and approval workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
