DPS is now hiring a Medical Front Office for a Cardiology Clinic to float between Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

Medical Front Office Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour + (based on experience)

Medical Front Office Responsibilities:

* Answer phones.
* Collect patient co-payments.
* Insurance verification.
* Referrals and prior authorization.
* Schedule patient appointments/follow-up appointments per established policies and procedures.
* Perform demographic and insurance validation, and inform patients of privacy policies and procedures.

Education Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Requirements:

* 6+ months of medical front desk experience required.
* Previous experience in cardiology environment preferred.
* Proficient in handling multiple phone lines.
* Skilled in insurance verification.
* Experienced with referrals and prior authorizations.
* Knowledgeable in patient check-in and check-out procedures.
