Job Description

Salary: $72,800 - 93,600 per year Requirements:

• We require outstanding customer service, versatility across a broad range of technical skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership and help teams and projects meet their objectives.
• We require knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products, ITIL methodology, change and risk management processes, network and telecom troubleshooting, routers, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and voice services.
• We prefer experience supporting CRM, application, database, form, or workflow systems, along with familiarity with data management, record maintenance, reporting, quality control, system testing, documentation, and user support.
• Experience with Salesforce, OpenWater, or comparable platforms is helpful but not required.

• We rely on this role to deploy and administer client desktop systems and manage mobile devices and printing.
• We expect the role to provide in-person and phone support, personal solutions consulting, and assistance with project implementation, technical training, knowledge management, and security administration as needed.
• We ask the role to use and update our support ticketing system.
• We need administrative and systems support for CRM, application, form, workflow, and related business systems, including data management, user support, system maintenance, documentation, testing, and daily operational assistance.
• We expect the role to maintain and update system records and review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicates.
• We ask the role to assist with data cleanup, imports, exports, routine reporting, and administrative tasks for CRM, application, form, and workflow systems.
• We need the role to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and document processes, system updates, and recurring issues.
• We expect the role to help test system changes, forms, workflows, integrations, and enhancements, and to support system maintenance and quality assurance.
• We ask the role to assist with ad hoc data, systems, and operational projects as needed.
